The Metro is an free newpaper available around England. It is funded by companies adverts. It is distributed at most train station everyday. The key
readers are mostly comuters.

The Mecury is an example of a free local newpaper. It is also funded through local businesses adverts.

I created a mood board with some elements I would like my newspaper to contain. In the mood board I tried to create an image of the community of Lewisham by include picture of well-known site in Lewisham. I did this purely because my newspaper would be an opportunity for individuals to be recognised and get their voices heard .It also includes some of Lewisham Times own organised events such as Lewisham People’s day and charities which they support.
